Fresh Today

Chris took Pam and me to a Mexican restaurant for lunch, then we went next door to drop off my applications at T.J. MAXX, Borders, and Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm crossing my fingers for Borders.

We went to Sam's for the purchase of bulk consumer goods, then Pam and Chris needed to head into town to meet with a prospective pediatrician for Rowan. I elected to remain behind rather than accompany them to Pam's office.

My aunt Barbara will probably have me spend the night at her house tomorrow evening, because Saturday I volunteered to take her around dressed up as the Good Neigh-Bear. We get to drive to the middle of nowhere (Illinois) as part of a parade or something sponsored by police and fire departments to register kids with picture and fingerprint identification. All I do is walk around, smile asininely, and down soda after soda whilst junior high kids maul my aunt. Heh-heh. This is an opportunity for cheap entertainment I cannot bear to watch pass.
