Green Can Be Cool And Friendly-Like

My uncle took his friend (a fellow named "Bill") to the Cardinals game this evening (or this past evening, rather). Whilst they enjoyed driving to the stadium through sluggish St. Louis traffic, Pam and I ate out and went food shopping.

I duly noted that the Mexican-themed restaurant (Chevy's) at which we dined lacked one important ingredient- Mexicans. Being from Texas, when I walk into a Mexican restaurant, I expect everyone working there to be brown. Sometimes (depending on the restaurant) three quarters of the people eating there are brown. At Chevy's, Pam and I spotted two (2) brown people. Really young (most younger than me), white, suburban kids served everyone their food (which was good, granted, but prepared by pale hands).

I miss brown people.
