Peter Piper Pizza

From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I worked unloading and sorting merchandise shipped in to Marshalls today. The work is repetitive, but that gives me time to think. Also, associates working the stock room get two fifteen minute breaks and one half hour (lunch) break. This works out nicely.

Today I am avoiding my other job. It angers me that I made calls to about forty persons during the past two days and made zero appointments. Not that I'll quit this soon, of course, but I need a break from thinking about it. I have time for at least one appointment tomorrow morning before I go in to work at Marshalls again, so around eight o'clock tonight I'll call my "no answer" list to see what I can dish up.

School starts August 25th. I probably won't be driving by then, so that leaves me yet another task: call Metro about their bus routes. I've seen bus stop signs all along Big Bend Road (the street my school is on); I just need to check the bus schedule.
