The Checkered Camel Company

I count ten bruises, two abrasions, five cuts, and one burn on my arms and hands, all incurred at some point this week working. It looks as though someone beats me.
Let me tell you how it will be-
There's one for you,
Nineteen for me,
'Cause I'm the taxman...
I am listening to the George Harrison tribute album April's mommy and daddy got me this Christmas. The Eric Clapton/Paul McCartney covers of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" and "Something" are both muy bueno.

I spent the entire weekend working (reading Helter Skelter in any spare time I had). Did I mention Vincent Bugliosi is my dream love? He is. I recommend Outrage: The Five Reasons O.J. Simpson Got Away With Murder to all.

Anyhow, since I devoted my weekend to making money or making love to Bugliosi's words, I need to study for meine Schule the rest of this evening, like a good egg. Speaking of which, I came home in time last night to watch Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory on A&E. Afterward, the host guy mentioned Steven Spielberg or Tim Burton (I do not recall which) intends to remake the movie, with Johnny Depp playing Willy Wonka. No. Gene Wilder defined that character well enough already. This will be similar to Mike Meyers as the Cat in the Hat. Some things should not be done!

Calm blue ocean, calm blue ocean...
