Yesterday I did not mention I opened Bakery, which left me exhausted. I rolled six doughs, when I usually should only make three or four. The first dough did not rise- the water was too cold, and I think I added too little yeast. Anyhow, that threw off the entire day for everyone, as the buns used in the kitchen are baked off every morning by moi. At least the customer flow trickled.at 10:03 AM
I went to bed, with every muscle aching, at about 8:30 last night and did not emerge until 10:30 this morning. I either worked or slept all weekend, and I must now divert myself to my unattended schoolwork. This includeswriting a paper for persuasion class

completing Japanese homework (book exercises)
writing chapter summaries for algebra
completing algebra homework
studying for the impending algebra exam
reading the next unit for sociology class
