I mailed graduation gifts to Jing Zhong and Alison Stine today. I love wandering around The Hallmark Store, which supplies lovely little address books that I thought would make decent graduation gifts.at 1:00 PM
Alison and her mother brought me a luggage set when I graduated. That was very nice of them; I did not know they liked me that much. I admit I am irresistible, though. People see me, and they want to buy me things.
If you would like to buy me things, send them to the following address:Lauree the GreatBe certain to include the last four digits of the nine-digit ZIP code, because they are my favourites.

Some group rented space in the middle of the mall to sell old junk (used books, posters, et cetera). Being a sucker, I bought two tin signs: one is a Marx Brothers Duck Soup movie promotion reproduction, and the other depicts two little girls and a boy (thirties-era) climbing atop giant cans of Hershey's chocolate syrup to a human-sized glass of chocolate milk. The advertisement, amusingly enough, reads: "Stepping Stones to HEALTH". I don't think I've seen the Hershey company making that claim lately. They ought to.
