My head aches, probably from exhaustion. I need a nap; however, I must attend Japanese class (which begins in half an hour) first. I have a dialogue quiz today. I play a character (Hayashi-san) who cannot find his keys. Some guy who works at World Market down the road from school plays Bijii-san, who kindly helps Hayashi-san find the key using Japanese anteposition words such as ue (above), mae (in front of), migi (to the right of), hidari (to the left of), shita (underneath), and chikaku (near). I should do fine. Most of my responses consist of "Iie- arimasen!" ("No- it's not there!").at 8:42 AM
A girl (Lauri) I work with is coming over this afternoon to borrow my prom dress. She saw the picture I have of April and me and requested its usage. I forgot that the back split when I wore it and that it therefore needs sewing, but she probably won't care. It's better to sew an inch on someone else's than spending a few hundred on your own dress.
