I coasted through my morning with relative ease. Before I left work last night, I stocked everything I needed for this morning. Then I trained a new manager (Christina) on opening bakery, though she shan't do much of that. She is twenty-one, very nice, unabrasively friendly, and used to work at Haagen Daas. But managing isn't rocket science, and Christina appears receptive enough at the moment; once in her element, she'll probably do fine.at 12:19 PM
